4 Provide a personal service.
5 Being the interface between themselves and the oil supplier should any problem arise.
6 Provide a premium service rather than an Internet ‘no frills’ service.
7 No customer should ever feel worse off for buying via Agricole Oil. It should save you money, time and hassle or preferably all of these.
8 Provide other oil related advice and services, i.e. oil market information, tank replacement, boiler servicing, anti theft advice etc.
